Yes, when the system has an API. During the assessment we find out which system you use and how its data can be reached.
The privacy policy sets out where data is processed and the categories of subprocessors we use. The full list is available on written request. Some subprocessors process data outside the European Economic Area, such as the AI model provider, under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
