For accounting firms: SphereHub has a bank reconciliation module, ProofTick, that can be set up for the daily work of an accounting firm. Statements from some of the main banks come in by file import and, when they include balances, the system checks that they add up. Invoices, receipts and other supporting documents are read with AI, and each transaction is matched to its document by scoring rules: the strongest matches are made automatically and the rest appear as suggestions for a person to confirm. Undoing a match does not delete it: it stays in the history. Files and reports come out with versions. Each company's data is kept separate and, when the statement includes a tax number, the import rejects a statement from another company. We can adapt it so the firm manages its client companies from a single account.
