Data protection from the start
We think about data protection from the very first sketch of each project, and we aim for each system to collect and show only what it needs.
How we use AI
In the AI Pack, the assistant we propose suggests replies, which your team reviews.
In SocialSphere, AI agents prepare content for your team to review and publish. There is no automatic publishing to social networks.
In Sphere products and custom software, you decide when to switch on the AI modules.
Transparency
The AI modules are optional, and the client decides when to switch each one on.

Some subprocessors process data outside the European Economic Area, such as the AI model provider, under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. For more details, write to info@elevate2ai.com.
In Orça Já, SphereHub, SocialSphere and PixelSphere, the AI prepares drafts and proposals, and a person reviews them and decides before they are sent or published.
In Orça Já, the platform prepares the text of WhatsApp messages and the person sends it from their own app.

Our suppliers
We use suppliers in these categories: development and hosting platform, AI models, travel data, email and payments. Our Privacy Policy names those used for the site.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, or to rectify, erase, restrict or port it, and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Where the processing is based on our legitimate interest, you can also object to it. Write to info@elevate2ai.com. When your data is held in a system we have built for another company, the request should be made to that company. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
