Information on the website
The information on the website is general and is there to present Elevate2AI and its products. It is not a contractual offer. The products, features and examples described may change. Prices, timescales and conditions are only set in the written proposal.
We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or be out of date.

PocketSphere is an AI assistant that answers questions about Elevate2AI and its products, based on the text of the website.
The replies are generated automatically and may contain errors or be incomplete. They are not professional, legal, tax, financial or security advice.
PocketSphere does not make commitments on behalf of Elevate2AI, including on prices, timescales or features. A commitment only exists once a person from our team has confirmed it in writing.
Do not share personal or confidential data in the chat. How the conversations are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

The website links to external websites. Some belong to third parties, such as WhatsApp and the Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico). Others, such as Orça Já and PadelEye, are brands Elevate2AI works on, with their own websites and terms.
Each of those websites has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites.

To the extent permitted by law, Elevate2AI is not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or the inability to use it, from decisions made on the basis of the information on the website or PocketSphere's replies, or from the content of third-party websites.
This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and it does not exclude the rights the law grants to consumers.
