Who we are
Elevate2AI is a Portuguese custom software company based in Lisbon and Sintra. We build software around the way each business works, and every project includes AI modules designed in from the start. The AI modules are optional: we propose the ones that make sense and the client decides when to switch each one on.
What we do
We can build custom software for businesses and organisations in a range of sectors, such as professional services, manufacturing and distribution, clinics and appointment-based services, academies and schools, associations, travel agencies and businesses that take orders on WhatsApp. We connect the software to the systems each client already uses, when those systems have an API. We work with clients in Portugal and internationally. We also have our own products, the Sphere family, designed to connect to each other.
How we work
A project with Elevate2AI starts with a 30-minute call to understand the problem and the systems the business already uses. Then we carry out an assessment: we map the processes, the possible connections and the AI modules that make sense. Next, we present a proposal with a clear scope, in writing. We deliver in phases and, when the client's systems have an API, we connect the software to them.
We build on what already exists
Elevate2AI has its own products, the Sphere family, designed to connect to each other and to custom software. SphereHub is the CRM we use every day to run our own business. SphereBridge connects the apps we build to the software a business already uses, when that software has an API. Because we build on modules that already exist, we can develop custom work quickly: when a product doesn't yet do something the client needs, we add it to the plan and build it fast.
Where we work
Elevate2AI works with clients in Portugal and abroad. We work the same way wherever the client is based, with the same steps in every project. The AI assistants we build answer in Portuguese and English.
Where the data is kept
SphereHub data is hosted in the European Union. Some of our subprocessors process data outside the European Economic Area, such as the AI model provider. In those cases, the transfer is made under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. If you need a copy of these clauses, ask us in writing. We process client data only for the contracted service and according to the client's instructions.
